New means; new. In other words; still in its original shrinkwrap and not a re-sealable bag. Opened merchandise - does not mean; New - it should be marked mint or n/mint or accordingly.
I'm getting increasingly annoyed with sellers who neglect to state the full condition of the item they are selling.
NB: On this basis, I will leave negative feedback (if the matter is unresolved) if you fail to mention any of the following points:
1. any scratches or anomalies on the disc(s) surface
2. artwork defects - from dimples to creases, tears, faded colours and water damage
3. skipping tracks
4. insufficient packing - simply sticking an item in a jiffy bag is not good enough. Far too many items arrive damaged due to ill-packing.
If any of the above have been found I will either request a full refund and return the item to you or request a partial refund and keep the said item based on the extent to any of the above issues highlighted.
I'm sorry to have to put this message in my profile, but recent experience has given me no option but to do so.
