Reviews & Discussion:

This CD is hard to judge ... it has a couple of highlights which might make it worth the purchase , but also has a couple of songs that do not seem to get out of the starting blocks. I am a big fan of the ambient/downtempo genre and i am not dissapointed in this purchase , but i think a newcommer to this type of music would not like it. The highlights include (but are not limited to :) Tosca - the Key , and Peace Orchestra - 10. (Yeah , Kruder and Dorfmeister's solo outfits). I guess its really worth a listen. Give it a bash.
Stunning album by the two austrians, Freaks and Icons is definately worth the money you'l spend on it. The sounds are mature and well blended with turkish and even greek style instruments. All this with the brilliant electronic sounds really brings out a stunning feel. "Homebase" and "Smile" are highlights to myself and most of my friends.
Almost all of the tracks on this CD caused a massive stirr on the dancefloors here in South-Africa.

This CD is made up of high quality trance tunes from the makers of Thunderdome (believe it or not). They range from light to progressive trance and will not dissapoint at all. (promise *wink*)

If its hard and fast that you are looking for , look no further than this album !!

I played this to a "guitar only" metalhead ... he couldn't believe his ears, started listening to techno from there onwards.

This is not for the light hearted chap who is looking for something to play in the background , but rather for the person who is looking for some good, kinky "Headsex". (ye , it F@#ks with your head!!)
Enjoying some good gabber every now and then , I was really dissapointed in the TH3 album. None of the tracks were really outstanding and it only got worse from here on.

The album is more mindless banter than anything else.

I would not recommend this even to the biggest Gabber head out there.
This was serious Heavy stuff when i first heard this. I thought the tape was stuck on high speed !!

Well , this was the good old days of Hardcore , Lee Newman and Michael Wells made a great selection of hardcore tunes on this compilation. (great for gabber guys !)

I would recommend this album to any person who is fond of the Hardcore or Gabber genres.

Not for the faint hearted.
Some Banging Techno and house tunes for the people who want the old-school kick in their music.

Who can go wrong with artists like "J Beltram", "Age of love", "Fierce Rulling Diva" and "Technohead" (R.I.P) ?

This album contains some amazing music ... Mixmag voted J Beltram's Enery Flash as the best Techno track ever ... it seriously is lose your mind stuff !!!
Camargue - an almost perfect track , even by today's standards.

These mixes never really caught on though ... the original was great and the only remix to actually get off the ground was the "summer mix".

When the "summer mix" drops in with a booming bass and wife Sanshia Bolland on Vocals singing "Always looking for sunshine baby !!", you can expect a spine tingling sensations.

Comatose Delusion ... a seriously hectic album !

Might be a little too hard for most , but this guys has one wicked sense for music.

i wonder if his mom took away his toys when he was young , my guess is yes and she burnt it in front of him.

He seriously has some issues !

Check out the hoccico mix , worth a listen .
Berlin unwrapped is definatly not one of my favourites. It has some very Oldschool sounding trance and techno tracks which never really gets you off the ground.

When i first bought this i was deeply sadened by the lack of quallity music on the album. I guess the booklet and the Video made up for it, but still who buys music for a book ?

There are a few tracks which are good ... but definately not worth SCREEMING about.

Just my two cents ...
