Omid 16B - A Fatter dog.

Why Dog? And do you know what does it means word fatter? Well, I know the meaning of the word father or dog, but not fatter. Maybe it is in some secret language, that is understood only for some creatures. I can make only my own interpretations, that are telling not much good about Omid Nourizadeh, as a musician, activity. Anyway. If it is about aliases, it looks like he can't make the decision about his name or playing some double-talks game, because he can't tell it straight:
16B, A Fatter Dog, Changing Shape, Francisco Savier, Phaser, Pre 4, Sixteen Million Dollar Man.

Expensive...

I would suggest him one more Aliase, but, I guess it is only for clever people to understand, that can recognize what is good and what is not. Well, he is already In Groups: 92%, Idiots, The, Sixteen Souls and so on.

I can only add. That he is not such an idiot and very sly dog, if he became so popular musician with the song Escape (Driving To Heaven), that is clear evil song, for blind.

I wanted to notice, what is so interesting about this Album that not everybody understand. It is one of rare 16B production Albums, where is seen clear Navid's name on Vinyl cover.

Later, Navid's (Nav) name is disappearing secretly and it is difficult to find anything serious about him. 16B production becomes known as Omid 16B with various aliases: Fatter Dog, Phaser, Sixteen Million Dollar Man.
And label names that Omid's brother Navid was using such as: Stronghouse Records, Keep Diggin'g Recordings changes in to some: sex on wax label, that I don't even want to write with capitalized letters, the way it is usually written.
Studying better what is possible to find about Navid, it is clear, that his music style (genre) is Electronics. Very similar to Omid 16B songs. And I would recommend to listen carefully Albums: Like 3 Ears And 1 Eye and Sounds From Another Room (Label: Eye Q). Not because they are very good. Album: Like 3 Ears And 1 Eye has some specific different style. And about Sounds From Another Room I can't tell.
But people, who can recognize what is good and know much more nice songs from 16B production, can find something interesting comparing them.

Not one of the best 16B records, to say the truth. Difficult to listen all album, cause there are some strange songs, that is very big wish to press forward. I was listening it all carefully, more than few times, but still, don't like all songs.
And I was very interested in Album cover and name.
I can understand what can be the meaning of 3 Ears. And one Eye, should be Good meaning too. But snake on album cover and 6 track name, is something what has not one of the best meanings.
And Omid Nourizadeh is unwilling to answer about various meanings of his songs, images or names, where is difficult to understand what can be good.
But you can have your own opinion and if you are interested about more serious information and this Album, you can read his interview in DJ Magazine Vol. 4/No 54, that I have found PDF, in Omid's official website.

Anna Maria X 'Believer 2' Intro is something what helps me to believe, that people are not so bad as it seems, when I feel pain and need to be stronger. Nice voice, floating music background, only delay-echo effect is missing at the end, when she says: I believe in you... Intro is something what is the best in this mix. And Skydivers is also what suit the name.
But something strange happens to people, even for good musicians, sometimes. Looking at Anna Maria X images: photo with strange T-shirts here and comparing with LoveChild's very similar photo, it's difficult to understand the idea. You can take a look in youtube typing anonymformusic, where is video with this songs made from there photos. Sometimes musicians are very contrasting, the same as there music. It looks like they don't understand the idea of LoveChild by them self. I even thought, that someone is creating bad image for Anna Maria X, because she has some perspective. Her voice is very nice and she would be very interesting female DJ. But remembering, that people are essentially good, I imagine how it can be and I suggest for both of them, to take a look from outside at them self. With stranger eyes, who don't know much. And to compare information about them in internet, with information about some other Djs (that are famous, with white colors and etc).

I guess, here, wax has different meaning... than about candles and light.
I was looking for information about sex on wax.
From there website, about it, quotations:

Well, you can tell me, that i am wrong and taking everything tooo seriously. "It's entertainment not the bible" (as one DJ wrote). Maybe. Think by your self and chose what musical ideas are good and not so good as it seams.

Can it be good meaning and what kind of love is it (as it was called in there review), if it sex?

Wax can be for candle, but here i see, that it is for shoes.

I don't know a lot of from her music, but from what i heard i have such an opinion, that it is some kind of minimal electro-house, at least her video and first song with the words: Acid in my fridge (you can find her music, if you will press on Dinky and then on other links). Ofcours, not all her music is the same. To say the truth, i don't like minimal.
At first after listening to her video i thought, maybe i'm not so bad by my self. Then, i remembered guys, who create such music, that is too strange how it was released and they are famous. And then i thought, maybe i am not right then and too unfaired. After listening one more time, i decided, that i was too strict for real and it's not so bad as i thought at first.
Even good, when i was listening with no attitude.
I just wonder, why she has such a name.
I even thought, maybe she wants to get rid of those, who are too interested in her, while she is not. Or maybe she has something bad in her fridge for real :) We can have various ideas, but authors can explain everything about there names, musical ideas by them self, the best. At least i know it from my experience.
Only when explanation is not the best, or it was not there idea, but they are very sure about them self, that they have to keep it, they just don't tell or run away from the question.
And one picture with human's heads in her hands, is very interesting in her profile.

I was listening song - Pasaka many, many times and didn't uderstood everything yet. It is helping to understand how it is made good, when you listen to this tale without music. This album is floating with Goodness and sadness. Let's hope, that this tale will have good ending :)
What was interesting for me, that Ricardas with dreadlocks, looks much different and create much different music from what i heared, now. And the other one in the picture - Andrejus from "Bomba Lounge", has such various music styles, that it looks like he is only helping, for unknown and not registered in LATGA. Ofcours, no one says, that he is not creating music at all.
