I dont think that any of Deadbeats releases can really do him justice as a producer. You absolutely must see him live. He throws down a set unlike any other. Dark, deep, complex rhythmic patterns, a smorgasboard of intriguing samples and synths, and wicked insane bass drops. If you ever have the chance, go see him, you wont regret a minute of it.

This guy is amazing. I stumbled across his work while sifting through Nuloop one night. Deep, funky tracks with amazing bass lines. He puts a new spin on minimal.
Louie Austen - Hoping (Mixes) - 13-Feb-04 05:14 PM
The Herbert mix of this track is sick. Louie Austens amazing vocal is framed perfectly by trademark Herbert minimal beats and the phenomenal use of string samples.
Olav Basoski - Samplitude Vol. 11 - 08-Jun-03 08:46 PM
"Duende" is a great latin house track, with killer drops and a wonderful guitar. "Leave Me Alone" is good tribal house with a vocal talking making light of shitty situations. "sorry pal, thats a root canal"
5 Points Gang, The - World Party EP - 08-Jun-03 08:40 PM
"Bright Room" goes all over the place. all of the music on this track is done by live musicians. A crazy record, but ive gotten great response from people every time ive played it.
