Dulce Liquido - Disolución - 07-Oct-07 10:34 PM
I never write reviews. In fact, this is my first ever for this site. I am listening to this album for about the 100th time and I have to say that it is one of my favorites of all time. Racso did what he does for Hocico, but turned it into something darker and heavier. Some tracks start off slow and brooding then when the beat finally kicks in, it all makes sense and the sound becomes a giant pummeling monster of noise. Ethereal, creepy synths found their way on top of some of the blasted beats but dont hamper the mood at all and only lend to help build upon the atmosphere.

Some songs have vocals and samples, which help tie the sound to Hocico, but the tracks still somehow feel different than they would if released under that band.

Listen very loudly on headphones for the best possible experience. Highly recommended.
