From ambient soundscapes to Plastikman alike minimalism.
Mika Vainio has some hidden treasures on this LP. I havent got a clue what some of the titles mean actually, I suppose its Suomi.

Volfram - Welcome To Gothenburg - 14-Jul-05 05:04 AM
All tracks are made with a central arpeggio theme. The changes in between the tracks are subtle yet clear enough to stop them from becoming "run of the mill".
Deep and smooth electro tracks for your early morning session that can be used in different settings.

Kit Clayton - Nek Purpalet - 08-Apr-05 07:10 AM
Purpakana is one of the deepest, most introvert ambient tracks I have heard to date. Im not talking ambient in the sense of long, polyphonic strings but the abillity to take you to another place through abstract sounds in a soothing yet thought provoking way. The term "idiot savant" comes to mind to describe Kit Claytons work on this track.

Oliver Ho - Listening To The Voice Inside - 16-Feb-05 07:25 AM
Oliver Ho on a very deep trip. His typical use of long, stretched chants put on top of tribal drums creates a hypnotical atmosphere... Sounds for the obsessed.

Oliver Ho & James Ruskin - Mutate And Survive - 16-Feb-05 07:25 AM
Remarkable use of voice samples taken from Aretha Franklin to The Fugees. One track uses a reversed full sentence and yet it vaguely sounds like the words "mmmm, and you you go get it". Wonderfull material that sets many dancefloors on fire.
