Wow, what an amazing album!
This is probably the best live recording that Elvis ever made.
Hes truly cut loose here, and he barely gives you time to breathe.
Heres Elvis the way we love to hear him: Full of finesse in front of a hysterical audience.
It should be noted that he recorded this album at his house in Memphis, which is probably why hes particularly relaxed, joking and improvising, changing his lyrics to make plays on words and leading his show at full tilt.
Elvis produced this live himself, that is unusual.
Pick up this album and listen to it over and over again!
