Deep minimalistic atmosphere on the A side, also done with a nice twist. A Dutch guy like me doesn't expect Dutch lyrics on a Trapez limited release. I had to listen it three times before discovering the words said by a women describing my life in one sentence...
'Wat doe je....niks...wat wil je..niks...wat wil je... platen...platen'
translated it means something like this:
'what are you doing...nothing....what do you want...nothing...what do you want...records...records'

Psychotic minimalistic flamengo with a deep exotic taste. All the sounds in this track are pure quality. When you put this one under the needle you will keep discovering nice patterns and 'feel' the sounds and guitars working from climax to climax. Very, very original in my opinion.

The whole sender Philosophy and look is right, great minimal tracks with their own sender sound. The tv tower logo representing the 'sender' thought is nicely done and comes back in every way on the sender website and vinyl All the producers/artists are photographed near such a tower and put in the profiles. The intro on the site is also totally towerinfested. This label transmits a good signal and the sender feeling can easily be received if you like minimal techno..
Carsten Jost - Uccellacciuccellini - 05-Jan-04 03:51 AM
After discovering the tracks of Carsten Jost I must admit that this producer makes (in my opinion) classic after classic. The magic that the B side of this vinyl contains is one of that when the buzzing sound kicks in at 50% of the track let's you daydream and takes you totally into the music.. great job!
Heiko Laux - SenseficTion (Remixes Part 2) - 17-Dec-03 11:27 AM
The villalobos remix of "moved" still is one of the most interesting tracks in my collection. When heared (not so often) on the dancefloor I always get goosebumps, a small tear drops from my eye and extreme energy take over my feet. Has the same wicked style of other Villalobos projects of that year.
