Quality classic trance album from Cygnus X. This may sound dated, repetitive, and boring to some. Of course classic trance is quite the acquired taste. Ralf Hildenbeutel spreads his seed yet again. Every track here is excellent.

It's canon that this is the first official Trance track. That's arguable because there were several other obvious Trance releases in 1991 as well (Age Of Love, Cosmic Love, etc...) or even earlier (What Time Is Love? (1988 Pure Trance Original). But this track is credited to have started a phenomenon that made Trance an overused ( by as early as 1995) and too serious a word (to some people) by which describe the genre. So if anyone asks you what the first Trance track was, tell them We Came In Peace. They can't prove you wrong.

So I heard their remix of "Skyline" by Resistance D, and I saw their album on amazon for under a buck so I said "Hey, what the hell, might as well get it...1995, they remixed R-D, maybe there will be some good tracks on it." Little did I know that packed in this CD is track after track of quality Acid Trance. I mean this stuff is wicked. Every track is like going on a journey through outer space. Well done Eternal Basement.
