DeepChord - Hash-Bar Loops May 10, 2012 (edited 17 days ago)
made my summer of 2011 too, at least the last two tracks
Terre Thaemlitz May 03, 2012 (edited 15 days ago)
honestly I don't think he's demented. vice versa, he is a very smart person... A great mind, which is always, paradoxically, so close to madness.. An example of logical Moebius strip right here? no.. its just people who judge other people, the society: today they call him demented, next day he is a genius.
for me he's just too smart to act like the majority of people, and in a way pushed to response thus to people's rudeness and stupidity [check out his writings on Comatonse website, e.g. the autobiographical "I Once Got in Trouble. A Ground-Zero Essay on Bullying"]. after all, we all are a little crazy.
Gas - Königsforst May 01, 2012

Various - Deeperama Module Party #14 Mar 31, 2012 (edited 9 days ago)
9 is David Bowie's "Aladdin Sane": the tip was hidden in a tag as "09.aladinsane.aif", evidently Terre forgot to remove/correct it. btw he made a spelling mistake. double d ^_^
4 is for sure DJ Sprinkles' "Bassline.89.1"
the 4th's tag is "04-1.78.aif" if this helps anybody..
Various - Deeperama Module Party #5 Mar 29, 2012 (edited 16 days ago)

anybody help IDing this?? pretty sure 3 is Zeitkratzer - Turtleneck, 10 is Joe Jackson's Slow Song and 11 is Let's dance (People all over the world) by George McCrae

Laurent Garnier - The Cloud Making Machine Mar 03, 2012 (edited 4 days ago)
I like it. SO autumn, so damn atmospheric and coherent. I can say for sure it's already a part of me, like, my musical memory, you know. I return to it sometimes in my life, and it evokes the reminiscences from the past related to this music .
surely has something in common with Nicolas Jaar's album: these voices of male and children.. and especially that mood.. yep.
Apparat - Ash/Black Veil Mar 02, 2012 (edited 2 months ago)
sorry dude, got no vinyl version of this, btw I doubt that there actually exists one..
BT - These Hopeful Machines Mar 02, 2012 (edited 16 days ago)
I must say almost every song on this album deserves an attention due to the crazy detalization level; I'm afraid I can't actually imagine how much desire and how many hours of hard and scrupulous work did it take Brian and people who helped him to create this work of art. for me Every Other Way is undoubtedly one of the masterpieces of modern [electonic] music, I just can't dare to count the layers hidden in it.. honestly, I shed tears at its infinite beauty.
..And yep. this fading sound of a working machine in the end of The Ghost In You.. the man is a genius.
On this album, as well through all his career, he follows the concept of erasing the boundaries between artificial and organic, and creates the future of music.
