Profile: Have been collecting classic and rare house music (mainly Chi-Town), Detroit techno and electro since 1982. My collection spans the era from 1980 to 1990. I sold all of my later stuff a few years back, including an awesome early hardcore collection and have boiled my collection down to about 600 now as space in my house is at a premium since kids toys took over!. Friendly and reliable seller and buyer as demonstrated by feedback.

Jody Fingers Finch* - Jack Your Big Booty - 03-Dec-07 07:44 AM
This is one of the rarest Chi-Town "Jack" records out there due to its very limited press. This track was previewed by Ron Hardy at the Music Box in Chicago way back in 1987 and drove the crowd wild. Repeats the chant "jack your big booty" over some thumping beats and percussion. The record is like a rollercoaster, it breaks down into some ambient riffs and then builds the crowd back up again slowly. Designed to tease and work the type of wild crowd from back in the day. You will not find a better example of a "Jacking House" track.

'Jackmaster' Curt* - Real Fresh House - 09-Jul-07 08:56 AM
Very rare and minimal Acid track which was a very limited press from the man whos only other cut was "Its a mans world". Chants "real fresh hou hou hou hou house!" over a stomping beat and wigged out 303. Essential early acid house but super hard to find.

M+M* - I Wanna House! - 09-Jul-07 08:56 AM
Marcus Mixxs early stuff has become highly sought after in recent years with collectors paying £100 and up for his work (mainly his releases under Missing Dog Records and Missing Records). This is due to the fact that his releases were pressed in very low quantities. I Wanna House is no exception which was his very first release and is highly sought after. An original, plodding and minimal house track that chants "I Wanna House" with some mysterious harp like sounds and synths thrown in. I would describe this track as a mysterious journey.

19th Fleet - Star Raid - 17-Mar-07 09:04 AM
Extremely rare electro funk rap track...one of my all time faves. For me this record just encapsulates the electro sound and contains mind blowing samples like rockets taking off and vocals such as "is the radio dead...is the radio dead"...very space age electro.

Knight Action Featuring Sedenia - Single Girl - 16-Mar-07 12:41 AM
This is considered to be one of the very first house records out of chicago way back in 1984. A Hard to find Chicago house classic written by Duane Thamm Jr with catchy vocals by Sedenia instilling the virtues of being a single girl...being free and single, clubbing etc. A real fun track not to be taken too seriously but the vocals work really well with the catchy bassline and riffs. This track is so typical of its time, so original and raw, very much like the early Z Factor/Jesse Saunders releases with catchy vocals and synths. A genuine piece of Chicago house history.
