Pastaboys / T Brothers - Mano Calda All Stars - 04-Sep-06 08:34 AM
This E.P. is, for me, one of the most elegant Italian deep-techno-house records ever produced.
This one comes with 2 different songs produced from Pastaboys & T Brothers & reminds to the best Ibadan productions.
“Limit” is an absolutely fantastic deep-techno voyage. Very deep in the beginning with warm sinth pads, the loops' construction explodes in the second half of this composition when appears some dramatic great synth strings that build up in to mayhem on the floor. Included on Carl Craig’s mixed CD “Fabric 25” & with 2006 repress on italian label “Re»»Vox”.
“Ayasa” has some really dope drums that go into even doper Asian sounding beats and music and you need to listen this techno-ambient voyage with a balearic feel from the beginning 'til the end for entering in its magical atmosphere. Frenzy on the dancefloor gauranteed.
This is music from & for the soul. Absolutely essential!!

Carl Craig - Darkness / Angel - 01-May-06 04:11 AM
Darkness originally was the second track on Side A of “Carl Craig - Just Another Day ” EP on his Planet E - PE 65277-1 – came out at the end of 2004. The original mix was an amazing electronic track with only synth & bass which gave an incredible atmosphere. Add to the original solo synths an impressive kick, essential drum-patterns & with a very cool sub. Results: an absolutely fantastic deep-techno voyage. The hypnotic construction has many changes in his continuos envelopment. Very cool & dark atmosphere. It’s difficult to mix anything after this one because it sounds like few other records; mastering very impressive & plenty of bounce.. One of best 2005 productions.

Mondo Grosso - Souffles H - 16-Apr-06 07:05 AM
I heard the after-called "King St. Club Mix" from an acetate by Louie himself, I became literally mad & as me the dancefloor ...it was Spring 1994. In 1994, I never heard anything like this one... Live Bass by Gene Perez & Live Sax by Paul "Whistle Song" Shapiro are wonderful played; this is a pure example of art: house music meets jazz... unbelievable & absolutely essential.

Aril Brikha - Art Of Vengeance EP - 15-Apr-06 07:04 AM
"Groove la Chord" is an absolutely amazing deep-techno tune with an ossessive synth-line all over it. You need to listen this one from the beginning 'til the end for understand its power. Its progression will make you jump anyway.
First time I heard "Groove La' Chord" was @ Body & Soul dance party in New York City, it gave me the creeps.

Âme - Rej EP - 13-Apr-06 05:26 AM
"Rej" is for me an absolutely elegant German deep-techno tune with a beautiful dramatic strings progression and this incredible synth-line with a balearic feel causes frenzy on the dancefloor.
Listen during a Laurent Garnier incredible long set months before its coming out.
