There are actually some track titles missing from the back cover. Side A also includes Angel Of Death (A2) and Criminally Insane (A5), B side ends with Epidemic (B7) and Jesus Saves is missing from side C (C3).

My copy is weird: the cover is exactly like this (and cat#), but it has a little round sticker on the down-right of back cover saying Record Manufactured in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The labels also say this.
