Profile: I'm into Lounge and Deep House, neither of which are really popular in Atlanta... seems like the kids just want to hear hip hop.

As a side note, I don't mind being notified about records you're selling from my want list, but ONLY if you are in the US or Canada.
Reviews & Discussion:

Miango - Mussiki é Oct 14, 2004 (edited over 5 years ago)
This one's an upbeat jazzy tribal house number; it's got a lot of African percussion, a tribal chant and a saxophone (I think) hook. Blends really well with a deep house set- 4/5.
Mr. A.L.I. - Rial Oct 13, 2004 (edited over 5 years ago)
This is definitely Euro/deep house... the two mixes are essentially the same, but the flute mix has an eight minute flute solo and the moog mix has an eight minute moog solo. All in all I really like this one for deep house sets, but I'm gonna give it 4/5 because it gets a bit monotonous after five minutes or so.
Rinôçérôse - Music Kills Me Oct 13, 2004 (edited over 5 years ago)
Rinocerose either is your cup of tea or it isn't... there's HUGE variety of stuff in here. Most of it is at a house tempo, but there are a few things that are slower. Expect lots of flutes... I love this record because it helps to break up the monotony of a standard deep house set.
Federico Aubele - Gran Hotel Buenos Aires Oct 13, 2004 (edited over 5 years ago)
This record is an interesting mix of bossanova and dub, with some excellent percussion thrown in; all the vocals are in Spanish. There aren't any songs that I don't really like, so I'm saying it's a solid 5/5.
Andy Caldwell & Jay-J Featuring Latrice* - Give A Little Oct 12, 2004 (edited over 5 years ago)
I rated this 5/5, and it's worth it. The Moulton Studios remix is just great deep house, and the vocal harmonizing is a nice change from standard 'soulful' deep house. The Trentemoller mix is fantastic, too- it's a much chunkier, techier sound that fits the song perfectly.
