Who could have guessed that mechanical,cold metal, lifeless machines could produce such sole emotion. This is battering, abusive and abrasive. Yet, its synth and atmospheric feel gives it grounds of being warm and human. Replace this with your morning cup of OJ. 5/5

The tunes Ultravisitor and Circlewave are worth the cost of the CD alone. Be prepared for an out of body experience. Insanely sporatic drums and bass will make make your heart palpulate while your mind will forever dwell in this chaotic beauty by genius Thomas Jenkinson. 10/10

I'm reviewing this album solely due to my passion for the song "Baja." The longest song on the album, stretching a near 12 minutes is fluttering beauty. It is one of those songs in which your afraid to breathe because you fear missing a single beat. If I was to have one song constantly playing as the backdrop or soundtrack to my life, this could be it. So meditative, calming and peaceful. Although some might not have the patience to sit through to the climax, those who do are greatly rewarded. It's like tantric. Sit back, dim the lights, close your eyes and feel yourself drift into places unknown.

Kieran Hebden, whom friends call a "bedroom producer" made me see colors, feel and smell his tunes. If I was to be sitting next to God on a parkbench, this is what he would say. Highlights for me include "She moves she," which will floor you once the awakening electronics enter and "My angel rocks back and forth" which brings back memories so lividly. There is a shift in "My angel rocks back and forth" that just brings everything together. Although its just a for a moment, that moment is the most euphoric bliss I've ever felt in all music I've listened to. A friend burned this CD for me and I fell in love with him for providing me with this emotional, beautiful, spiritual experience.

Let this one reverberate in your ear drums for awhile. "Closer to the Edit" is so funky, bassy and chunky... I actually don't have a proper stereo to play this on, nor the proper headphones to hear the minute changes in the production. I'm a newbie to the minimal genre and was recommended to start here. Beginning at track 1, everything just meshes together. Through uses of cuts, splits, dices, meshes and deconstructions and reconstructions, a album that will be in heavy rotation was born. 9/10
