Malcolm X (2) - No Sell Out - 02-Sep-07 12:26 PM
This is maybe the most essential moment for electronic dance music and truly masterpiece in itself. It's considered to be the first tune ever to use the DMX drum programming, and the first ever sampling record. There's everything in it - musical quality, technical innovation, message breaking the borders, excellent record cover... Top.

Digitonal - The Centre Cannot Hold - 16-Jan-07 06:06 AM
"Maris Stella" is undoubtedly one of the greatest pieces I've ever heard. Starts off with silent arpeggios, then Kirsty Hawkshaw's heavenly voice comes from above, the atmosphere slowly escalates with more and more instruments starting to play, percussions, violin and later on breaks into magnificent emotional finale. Excellent, pure, true.

Fresh - Signal / Big Love - 16-Jan-07 12:48 AM
This track is usually highly overrated - it's just a copy of Doc Scott's Unofficial Ghost from 1996! Same notes, same patterns and sequences, only some particular samples have been replaced.
