Originally issued on Barclay, it’s probably one of the best and one of the rarest funk-latin-jazz LP from France. Jazz-funk with afro-cuban flavors on some tracks, easy moods on others, a brazilian touch on "culzean" track, "Paris Soul" is a masterpiece, and the high demand on the collector market is easy to understand (10 incredible tracks). Orchestrated by Evaristo Nata, the band worked at the parisian cabaret "Le Lido" just before the leader was interned in a psychiatric hospital...
