Excellent compilation from the likes of "Muzik", with detailed notes included about the tracks. From the early great recordings of Juan Atkins ("Clear", as Cybotron), Derrick May (Rhythim Is Rhythims "Strings of Life"), Richie Hawtin (Plastikmans "Spastik") to some of the best moments of european techno during early 90: "Positive Education", by Slam, "Horsepower", by C.J. Bolland, and Hardfloor with "Hardtrance Acperience".
And theres also an ultra-hypnotic techno dub rhythm from
Basic Channel (Phylyps"Track II").

Another masterpiece from Neil Barnes and Paul Daley: more terse and concise than Leftism, nevertheless it includes
great tracks like Afrika Shox (with rap legend Afrika Bambaataa) and the techno-dub rhythm of 6/8 War.

Sadly, some tracks are truncated: an example is Ed Rushs Killamanjaro, which builds up dark and slowly and very quickly disappears...
