I started collecting vinyl in 1988 covering mainly electro. During 2005-2008, I sold all my vinyl. I now collect mp3s, mainly from netlabels.
Only Kraftwerk left for sale now. Check my eBay account:

HFSN - Planetscollide - 23-Jan-08 12:14 PM
This guy is my favourite net-label artist at the moment. Hailing from the Czech Republic with a smooth singing voice. This is a laid back, easygoing synth-pop album with quirky, yet hard synth sounds and tuff beats to match. Keeping in theme with the modern electro feel. This release is quite different form the others on 4mg, the others being more purer to IDM. But this is by far my favourite of the lot so far. I look forward to hearing more from this artist. Watch this space!
Schneider TM vs. KPT.Michi.Gan - The Light 3000 - 20-Aug-07 02:08 PM
Why do some people always compare cover tracks with the original? Stating that it lacks the original whatever-ness and hasn't got the same sounds, feeling, melody etc. It is a bit like saying I like the color green, but I don't like it when people mix blue and yellow together. Or, I don't like my cousin Paul because he is nothing like his dad.
Why would anyone want to hear a cover version of a famous tune that sounded just like the original? I prefer music to evolve, like everything else, this is what makes life fresh and interesting rather than 'same as'.
This is by far one of the best cover versions of any track I have heard, and most people I know, who know anything about music, would state the same. I never would have thought that someone could cover the Smiths in such a way as these people have. It is an excellent contrast and homage to the original, whether you are a Smiths fan or not. I know a lot of people who are heavily into electronica and we all agree on the importance of such an off beat moody track. The production on this is perfect.
Whilst people are entitled to there opinions of this track, I'll stick the educated rating that has been applied. I only wish I had 47 copies to give to the other Discogs members who have this release in their wantslist (at time of writing).
As a fan of The Smiths, I would love to hear some more modernly tweaked versions of the great tracks they put out. One of electronica's finest moments.
Lake Eerie - Sex 4 Daze (I Want It, You Can Get It) - 08-Sep-04 12:31 PM
This is a great dance tune. One of the best examples of early Cut & Paste Acid tracks. An excellent tune from that era. Riddled with samples with a sexual nature like "The sound of me coming!!" Keeping in theme with the title.
Roko Dragonbreath - Jumpin 2 Conclusions EP - 15-Jul-04 12:05 AM
This labels best release to date!! A beautiful 6 tracker of mixed dark deep and dirty yet also melodic electro in the style of Drexciya etc.. "FFWD" is a fine example that dutch funk we all love. "Rockinitup" sounding familiar to Ultradyne with a touch of Plasma Co "Modern Romantics". Don't be put off by the more vocal track cleverly titled "Jumpin 2 Conclusions". The EP does not reflect that mood and style of track 1. Unquestionable production. A damn good peice of vinyl.
Black Devil - Disco Club - 27-May-04 05:27 AM
Oh my God!!!!!......I thought part of my childhood was a dream!! "H" Friend - has been in my mind for so long now, I forgot it was real. Thankfully this re-release has put me straight. This has to be one of the finest examples of elektro/synthpop tunes there is. The kind of release that would make Kraftwerk stay in their studio for 5 years!! Groundbreaking and professional. Haunting vocals!! A very forward-thinking EP. Soars so high above modern Elektro-Cla$h it's hard to see any connection.
