Where is the CD manufactured?
My Cardsleeve says
"Manufactured and Distributed in The United Stats by RED Distribution, LLC. 79 Fifth Ave 15th Fl., NYC 10003
Under exclusive license to NYLON Records in North America"

So this seems to be an US version. Are there others?
