Rita Hart - Pardon Me Mister - 11-Sep-09 08:52 PM
To be a musician in early 80s wasnt really an easy task. If you were looking for the future, you could be assured that most of the people were afterwards just dissing you for the "shit sounds" not familiar by then, on the other hand, standard setup didnt get much further anyway if not the case of megaband. Anyway, Rita Hart represents here soulful dance music but music that was cought by in early 80s and migrated using still back then somehow stiffy MIDI technology. The very same beats are running from the beginning till the end and accompanying piece is only the bassline which varies a bit from here and there for this otherwise by now in 2009 observed disco boogie piece a bit of an dissappointment, even though I can never say this song is bad, but nevertheless, on the flipside you get the instrumental boogie groove served with about zero vocals.
