Frankie Goes To Hollywood - Rage Hard - 12-Mar-08 02:43 PM
This is the follow-up to Warriors.
Rage Hard A slower and slightly softer sound but still nmistakably Frankie. Even though this is a good solid FGTH song it didn't chart so well. It was the beginning of the down hill slide for FGTH.
Don't Lose What's Left) Of Your Little Mind. Hmm. classic B-side stuff. A "comedy" song about a burger munching vampire.
Ignore the b-side as you'll only scratch your head and wonder why. A side is good FGTH sadly on the wrong side of their peak.
Kybernet - Untitled - 09-Feb-08 02:59 PM
A real mixed bag this one. The Agitator: Nice dark acid that seems to roll forever wrapping that welcome blanket of twisted nightmare that I love.
Urban Cyber Ethnics: Dark ambient i usually like but this one didn't seem to hook me in, not one of my favs.
Slave No 6: Probably the best on the EP. Dark acid gabba with an insane laugh/cry sample twisting things up.
Internal Error: This is some nice Jungle Techno with a nice acid ride. Couple that with some familiar samples (early Orb etc) and it's a nice slab of familiarity.
Plus the purple coloured vinyl does look cool :).
