Fluter aka Decado, real name is Ilya Stepanischev, began his DJ's career in 2003. Since 2004 he is cooperating with Dissident (St. Petersburg, producer) and participating in live-project Phantom Orchestra. Then in 2005 the duet of Fluter and Dissident is formed completely. Their music contains leftfield-like drumfunk, atmospheric drum & bass, IDM plus some cinematic elements. In 2006 they began an active club tour and creating of label Opposide Records (sub-label of Respect Records). Later Fluter is combined into one more duet with Stekk (St. Petersburg, producer).
