Profile: I am into house, techno and ambient stuff, especially from the 1990s. My main influences are Slam and DJ Sneak, along with Laurent Garnier and Jeff Mills. The Aphex Twin is also a major favourite of mine.

I have been DJing for over a decade now. I've mixed at a few clubs (in Scotland), but these days I am more of a 'bedroom' DJ who enjoys hammering out his great collection.

I have a collection of around 500 records which I've hunted down from all over the world and many of them are real gems. Most of my records are not for sale, but every man has his price so a great offer would tempt me and I'm happy to hear any.

I am, of course, keen to acquire the tracks on my 'wants' list, so feel free to drop me an email if you are selling a record either privately or on eBay.

Gusto - Disco's Revenge - 20-Feb-06 07:59 AM
We are all very familiar with the title track 'Disco's Revenge'. But put this aside - especially the female mix - and move straight to the fantastic 'Mood Swing' which is quite possibly Gusto's finest piece of work, but which has never recevieved due consideration. It has a sharp beat ideal for mixing purposes and the soothing backdrop acts as the perfect compliment.

Ian Pooley - Excursions - 26-Nov-05 12:45 PM
Great mix CD from this top German producer. Not as good or as powerful as his outing on the (Radio 1) Essential Mix, but a smooth mix with some great vocal tracks as well as a sprinkly of classics like R-Tyme and Brian Transeau's 'Relativity'. Highly recommended.
