Capoeira Twins - Flick The Switch / Four - 03-May-05 06:17 AM
The B side (Four) also called '4 x 3' is an awsome tune. The A side and the other tracks from the album are nowhere near as good as this one track. A must have tune for any lover of funky and happy music! :-) The intro is a little hard to mix and it needs to speeded up a bit to mix with most house music but it has to be my favourite breakbeat/house record.
Mad Doctor X - Chillonometry - 27-Feb-05 05:38 PM
This is probably one of my favourite CDs. The album contains such a mixture of different sounds whilst retaining the laid back and slightly edgy feel as well as the fautless production quality throughout. In short this CD is worth a proper listen.
It might be classed as hip hop, but I think of it as 'real' music that you can really listen to carefully and apreciate for its complex and clever 'musicallity'.
Pendulum (3) - Another Planet / Voyager - 23-Jul-04 07:50 PM
Another planet by pendulum is a hard hitting, fat slab of beats n bass. The production is tight and it changes all the way through so it doesnt get boring or repettitive. Pendulum's distinctive style is easily recognisable for it's grimey bass and its catchy and original beats.
