Blu Cocteau is Tony Senghore, and this was one of his first releases - I think he was only 17 when he made these tracks! Still have a tape of Colin Dale's Abstract Dance show on Kiss from 1997 when he played a promo of this record off a DAT dape - genius...
And if you like this, some of the early releases on Anonym and Gungeligung are also worth checking...
