Cruelalize - Gipsy Girl - 02-Feb-08 09:43 PM
A vinyl that actually feels it has a story to it. From the intro to the end this piece of wax is a masterpiece. There are very few records that make me sit back and enjoy the ride from start to finish, but this track is pure bliss. You can feel the positive vibe from beginning to end. During the break a lush guitar is brought in which slowly builds with a nice kick to bring this journey to an end.
MV* - Mr. Roboto - 02-Dec-07 05:20 PM
Arguably the track of the Winter Music Conference 2005. Martin arranged the Styxx sample perfectly in this production. He sampled and built just right. Many times overkill of sample use is the death of many remixes. Steve Lawler dropping this at his infamous Lights Out party during the conference was a sight to see, the reaction looking down at the crowd as the strobes went off was priceless. It took sometime for this track to get a proper release cause Little Mountain was in negotiations for a licensed release.
Joi Cardwell - After The Rain - 06-Sep-07 12:29 PM
Beautifully done diva vocal that truly never got the play or respect it deserved in the clubs, most likely cause it arrived a few years after New York City's Big Room vocals were on top. The arrangement is nothing but perfect and the break truly erupts any crowd from Junior's Chelsea boys to the average clubber. Some may argue if Junior was actually involved with producing this at all or did he just sign off on it as has been rumored with many productions.
