I discovered jungle music with this one. There are some really massive tunes like "Mash'em Down", "Paname" or "Wash over Me". It's a pretty good snapshot of what jungle and early drum n bass was like in 95...
If you have to listen to one album from Hoover(phonic), it must be this one. Tracks like "Inhaler" or "Plus Profond" are pure gems. Too bad they moved from such brilliantly cold atmospheres into plain FM-radio pop...
Deejay Punk-Roc really managed to get a good balance between jazzy mooded tracks powered by groovy hip-hop beats and some acid electronic breakz dancefloor smashers...
