Sarah McLachlan - World On Fire / Stupid - 20-Jul-04 04:35 AM
this 12" is all about the flipside. Hyper's rmx of Stupid. Driving beats and a sublime trance break. A real hybrid track that always get people up and dancing waving their hands. A great opener track. The A side is alright, not my thing... its all about HYPER
Nightwalker - Crazy Head / Bounce - 08-May-04 07:58 PM
simply mental dnb action from Nightwalker, a very underrated producer.
big mental wobbling bassline that destroys speakers, ears and anything else it attacks, and i mean it attacks.
expect big things from this release onwards. its coluld almost be intelligent clownstep.
either way, if you like things dark, mental and full of drums and bass to the point where your ears are ripped apart by the power then this 12" is for you.
Mampi Swift - Zion / World Of Change - 08-May-04 07:36 PM
its dark moody and chock-full of dirty loud bass, with dirty subs action. the flipside is equally as dark and mental. very recommended.
should be played loud
Eon Project - Brain Filter - 03-May-04 03:52 PM
this is a dark unmixed goa influenced breakish album. It has a techno feel to it and uses a lot of dirty synths and some nice dark subs.
Pretty good if you can get hold of it.

The A side has got some nice dark bass overlaided with chopper sounds and a nice high cimbal clash. This is one dnb 12" that would scratch well. About halfway through has that dark dummm dum thats very Ram Records.
Now the AA side is quite light, and funky the kinda thing thats works well at about 4am. 1/3 and we hit the bassline, not too hectic but just fast enough to dance too whilst mashed at 4am. about half way through it goes a bit high then low with no real mid range.
