An excellent double CD for the Wumpscut fan. It includes 2 singles, the remix war with Haujobb, a collection of remixes from the 'Totmacher' double CD and the unreleased 21 minute 'Grave Digger Party Mix'.
The 'Deliverance' single is the weakest part of the 2 CD set. It features an edit version of the track and 3 remixes by Wumpscut himself. Nothing overpowering either. The 'Ich Will Dich' single was a classic when it came out and features a great remix by 'Forma Tadre', an artist that is great at slowing down the heavy hitting tracks into more softer easy-listening tracks. Disc One ends with the Remix War with Haujobb. All the remixes from this 'war' are great and Haujobb really established himself as a great remixer after this 5" CD came out.
Disc Two starts off with 'Totmacher (Grave Digger Party Mega Mix)', and although I think it is a great attempt, I would have preferred to have 4 other versions of 'Totmacher' and have the 'Grave Digger Mix' as a 3" CD. The remixes of 'Totmacher' were, for the most part, the best ones that came off of the double collection CD's. Covenant pumps out the techno version, VNV Nation gives off an interesting remix that seems to be their hardest hitting track ever, Jugend Staat provides a noisy remix with some excellent vocal effects, Infact and Notsandkomitee provided 2 each but were represented with one 1 each on here and they were the better ones too.
A perfect double compilation that shows what the Wumpscut sound was, and is not anymore.
