Even on its own this soundtrack gives the feeling of an adventure right until the end. Listen carefully as Joe Hiasiashi uses an overlying theme from the first track and echos it throughout the soundtrack. Elsewhere, the songs fit movie and make beautiful transitions mid song (near the end of "Departure") It never fails to capture a single mood being expressed in the film. Comedy, adventure, sadness. Everything is right where it needs to be and the execution is perfect. That's why I think Kiki's Delivery Service on the whole is the best Studio Ghibli Soundtrack.
