Very odd for the Ballon Noir label, best-known for its mostly folk-prog repertoire. This is indeed a punk album, be it an imaginative very eccentric Gallic twist on the genre. Josse is not quite a Banshee, but she sure can yawp loud enough. And the band sure have fun too. I seem to get the idea it's very tongue-in-cheek, and I wouldn't be surprised if these are actually all well-known musicians hiding behind pseudonyms!
