The tracks here are not quite as strong, attention grabbing or inventive as those found on the 'Virus With Shoes' EP, but if you enter this green-tinged, murky underwater land (with added squid ink of course) any IDMhead should be thoroughly satisfied with its immersive qualities. Nothing raucous or abrasive here, all is languid, strange and full of weird currents tugging your brain follicles to new depths.

Music that goes straight to the point. No gradual slow build-ups here! Fuzzy electro mashed with cool ambientish-techno with a 'Drexciya' styled moody atmosphere. Deep, melodic, abstact, groovey its all here. Some tracks also resemble the classic coolness of downtempo atmospheric sounds of early Sabres Of Paradise/Two Lone Swordsmen too!.

Do also check TLS albums: The Fifth Mission(Return To The Flightpath Estate), Stockwell Steppas(put under EP section on discogs!), Tiny Reminders, Peppered With Spastic Magic - A Collection Of Two Lone Swordsmen Remixes, and Bag Of Blue Sparks(EP) - for UK's anti-trend electro-techo-idm(+) coolest band.

Probably the most accomplished album of this creative duo, although I haven't listened to 'The Fifth Mission' and 'Swimming...' nearly enough to say such preposterous things. The artwork, the music, even the tracktitles are wonderful ('We Discordians (Must Stick Apart)' is a favorite). Highlight of the album must be the wonderful 'Alpha School'. One of those pieces that make you feel all wide-eyed and happy. The whole concept reminds me of Drexciya but this is a totally different angle. Pure bliss to listen to late at night. Emotive, bouncy, chilled, it's all of this and more.
