Having followed Gerald's career since Voodoo days - when my mates and I would try and work out which McDonalds he was working at in Manchester city centre - this is one of the better releases on Juicebox from '92. Four tracks with All Night Baby (a tight, snug groover that pays off with it's whispered 'we jam'n'we mix') and Got A Feeling, my favourites. AGCD was emerging with his own breakbeat sound that few others were pushing at that point but I'd give him added kudos for both remaining true to his Voodoo sound on All Night Baby (sparse, rattling, Phuture-like rhythm dominating everything) whilst managing to sample Gary's Gang on Got A Feeling and bring some soul in that way. Personally, I find this montage and amalgamation of ideas and music more interesting than later (and harder) tunes.
