Absolutely an amazing remaster by Pete. Lovely to get the certificate also with the background story. My copy is number 1/50 and i will treasure it forever. RIP Pete Namlook you are now back home in the Air from whence you came. You will always be ambients brighest star in the night sky. Ben North, Dublin, Ireland

Fantastic & timeless album from the brilliant Pete Namlook. But the cover/artwork on this version sucked big fat ones & made it look like a 10 in a dozen trance album! I mean what's with the skinny metal micky thing on the front cover?! Artwork credited to 'Optic Kiss', who must now be looking at this s**t with embarassment. What a great album though. Sounds better now than ever. I reckon Namlook was from the future. You don't hear much of him now so I guess he must have gone back there.

Absolutely beautiful. I really, really like this album, and always have since I first bought it on CD back in '93. From start to finish all tracks meld into one another perfectly. This is one of those few ambient albums that you CAN actually put on before going to bed and wake up in the morning having not turned it off yourself. I (personally) rate this album as an all time ambient classic; if you somehow get a copy or see one for sale, buy it immediately! Unfortunately my own copy has succumbed to a strange infection where the top coating of the CD has become delaminated and to the point of nigh unplayable (Thank *somebody* for digitization in the home!). Be sure to check out the second of this particular Fax release: Air 2. 5/5

Stunning series Absolutely stunning!, in 1996 my wife MADE me go back to a friends house, whom i had just given all my cd's to..[except my Lagowski cd's, of course!!!], so now i have the Air series back in my possession...as keepsakes of a beautiful memory of having been fortunate enough to catch this gorgeous series of electronic dreams.
[out of 300 cd's he really only wanted the Air series, poor bastard, lucky he has 20,000 other peices of vinyl & plastic to help console his anguish.hooray for me though, seriously, these albums are that brilliant.
