Not so good as "Trilogique", still its a satisfying release, my favourite musics are: "Punjabi Child" and "Candy of Life" . Laurent Vee once again can suprise with some touching musics, that places him as one of the top Trance Masters. The cd 2 has some new improved versions of previous released tracks, i love the remix by Markus Schulz in "Angelica", its very emotional and powerful.

Ok, before I start I should point out that I am a definite fan of Laurent's work in many of his guises and love Airwave's stuff - normally.
However, I feel that I do have to be critical of this album, firstly because most of the first half sound experimental and disjointed with the occasional ray of what we expect (Urban Touareg is excellent), Notice of eviction is really the only stand out of the first half and that's mainly due to how different it really is.
However, it's an edict to the album that the highlights are in the second half and are merely re-works and updates to already astounding tunes. Save Me, Above the Sky and Division bell are already classics.
On a hugely positive note, Sunday Dark Firma is true genius and should not be under-rated, this is a mash-up of THREE tracks; Alone in the dark, Terra Firma and Sunday Break are merged in to a strong track which thankfully takes it's primary elements from Alone in the dark (a personal all time favourite of mine).
I think Laurent's downfall here has been using the album as a test ground for experimental sounds and it just doesn't quite pull it off.

Can't believe there are no other comments about this album yet. I downloaded it purely because it was in the Discogs recommendations - I was vaguely aware of Airwave before that, mainly due to his remixes of other artists, but I'd never heard any of his own work.

Well, this album is amazing. It treads a line somewhere between uplifting (sans cheese) and progressive trance, and occasionally even ventures into progressive house territory. It all works, and is flowing and beautiful throughout. If I had to compare it with other artists, I would say hints of Bedrock (actually, 'Save Me' is almost a carbon copy of 'Heaven Scent'), Kamaya Painters, Moogwai, System F, Breeder, and maybe even Quivver, although it is original and unique enough to stand alone.

I'm not going to bother with a track by track description - all I will say is that all self-respecting trance fans need to hear this album. There were maybe 2-3 tracks that didn't really do it for me, which considering this is a 17 track double album, is pretty damn good!
