Any release from the slew of MTV Unplugged series is just a boring snore-a-thon for anyone that isn't intensely into the music of Alternative Rock from the 90's. Unfortunately, the performance by Alice in Chains is no different. There is nothing impressive about the conversion of their slamming and sludge covered rock songs into acoustic niceties. It's like seeing a busker play a whole AIC set, but instead the busker is AIC. No less dis-interesting, and I am glad this trend dipped in popularity soon after the turn of the millennium.

I am led to believe that this was pressed with the original stampers. It would certainly appear so because it sounds fantastic.

A gatefold jacket using the B&W group shot from the CD booklet would be icing on the cake.

I've had this record for a few months now. I have some records considered to be audiophile quality (Analog Productions, Mobile Fidelity etc.) but, I can honestly say this record possesses some of the best sound I've ever heard on any format. As many of us do, I'm always making strides towards better sound from my stereo. I'm always feeling like I'm "this" close to having the ideal setup. Listening to this pressing restored my faith in my own system. If anyone reading this is like me and puts research, money and endless effort into their stereo, pick this up and see where you're at.

Do all copies have the yellow sticker stuck to the actual cover instead of to the outer sleeve?

This pressing does justice to the wonderful performance. It sounds superb! A must have in any collection IMO.
