Colin Faver plays a storming J Blanks demo track called Open Your Heart on this amazing show here - starts at 1:07:30: https://soundcloud.com/andyb303/kiss-100fm-colin-faver-january-1991
Guess it's the same guy - can't see that it ever got a release though.

Absolutely Gob-Smacked the first time i heard this track(on vinyl) the day the shipment arrived in the record store. The "Original mix" was preferred initally by crowds.
Andronicus was also known as Diss-cuss which produced hits such as "Pissed Apache" and "Save The Day" also on the Hooj Choons label.

Yes the original is where it's at, but also the remixes are really quite good and compliment the classic original nicely.

Great tune but did this guy only really make one tune? One?

The opening tribal drums on the Smokin' Jo version appear to have been lifted from Plez's "I can't stop".

Also around 2:47 in, the drums there, appear to have sampled Backroom Productions "
Definition Of A Track".

You have got to love this just for the sleeve design - and the music within is great too!

One of my favourite house tracks from the past 20 years. I only recently discovered that the voice sample comes from the song "Crazy" by Daisy Dee. It was a song featured in the film "Cool As Ice" starring Vanilla Ice. (I'm sure nobody is likely to rush out and watch that movie!)

I wasn't into the rave or Techno scene as much as I was into the House scene during this time, but this track was one of the rare "on the fence" jams that could go either way. I did and still do love this track.

Original Mix = Rave classic! Took me 4 years to find it as couldn't find original. Bass on this is the best deep frequency with great sounds/vocal for intro and 3 quarter break down.

Sounds very dated now, but at the time was irresistibly catchy. Smokin' Jo's remix is my favorite as it adds a little funkiness to the proceedings.
