Anne Clark + Vini Reilly is a match made in heaven, the second side of this album is 17 minutes and 37 seconds of bliss.

It is not that the A-side isn't good (it is excellent). But the songs on side B flow and blend together so seamlessly, The hopes of a young person turned into disappointment in a late night party. It is a polaroid of most peoples lives, the journey, rites of passage, living and learning. And that haunting guitar of Vini Reilly fits her voice so well.
