YES! I FINALLY found the whole album!!!because I LOVE listening to 'Hacker' & 'Die Macht' on YouTube. So I've been having a hard time finding more songs like these two. I got 2 Anthony Rother albums ('We Are Punks' 1,2 & 3 & 'Super Space Model'), mostly because I was hoping to find more tracks like "Hacker" and "Die Macht". But I was terribly disappointed.
They have a lot of good Electro House and Some OK Electro tracks. Like 'Bad to the Bone', 'Father', 'When the sun goes down', 'Youth', 'Cheap Tricks", 'Ultra Glamour', 'Moderntronic' and a few others.
But if you're like me, and looking for the same type of sound and feeling that you found in the 2 songs I mentioned that are in THIS album. You're not getting that feeling from the We Are Punks discs. Don't get me wrong, Rother is a tremendously talented producer. His sound is unique. But I feel he got a bit sucked into the Electro House scene that was going on before, and then his Electro House tracks became more minimal with tracks like 'Consequently Eccentric and Delicate'.
I'm so stupid, yet so glad that I found this album when I did. I've been listening to classic breaks and breakbeats as a way to compensate lately, for not finding anything like this for my library. I'm gonna spend today (finally) listening to this entire album. Maybe a few times. Then find perhaps other Anthony Rother albums that come close to this one. Or find other artists or albums that are new (post 90s electro tracks).
He's an amazing producer. I think he came to NYC in the 90s, but I missed him. :( He should come again.

Can't belive no one has commented this gem! What a true electro fest it is. I only had the Simulationszeitalter album but this album makes it worthwhile if only for the epic Dualis track : over 10 minutes of tubbling electro basslines that have a devastating effect on the dancefloor. This album is dark but is very listenable. On the afromentionned track, Rother uses build-ups but not clichés like in a tedious 4/4 house tracks. Instead the bassline has the most emphasis : it is the melody in which the core of the track is build and used to create a momentum, and dare I say a devastating one. The hacker track is just a pure electro piece of music. Consider Anthony Rother the legitimate son of Kraftwerk : both of them have talent, and Rother is a true electro pioneer.
