great director

however this dvd is not very special
for example really interesting and earlier clips of him are absent here and really rare to find

on the other hand who needs the famous DEPECHE MODE u2 and NIRVANA clips which were on heavy rotation on MTV ?

Anton Corbijn has done better work than this. Check out his early videos for Depeche Mode on Strange. This is one long concept piece all shot on super 8 around the time of Music for the Masses.

Of the entire series this must be the weakest one to date. The visual content of Anton Corbijn's videoclips is not super or extraordinary and the music isn't that great that it can carry the DVD. The bonus material is very weak and lacks inspiration.
I've really enjoyed the series up until now, it has breathtaking videoclips and commercials but The Work Of Director Anton Corbijn just sucks big time.
Although it was fun to see Enjoy The Silence and Heart Shaped Box again.
