My copy is exactly the same as the one shown here, except it doesn't have the CTI logo or Creed Taylor's sig on the label (though it does on the gatefold).

I have a gatefold copy with a green cover stating 'Stereo A&M-SP 3002' above the name and title.
The record itself comes in a UK inner sleeve - UK Patent No. 1,125,555.
The center label of the record has the A&M 'silver label' with a small CTI logo and Creed Taylor signature with the catalogue number stated as: AMLS 2002. The phonographic copyright is noted as 1967. The album title, artist and track titles text does not seem to be set out in the Futura typeface normally attributed to this center label; instead a lighter case for the artist and album title, while the track names are set in a serif typeface.
Etched in the runout - Side A: 'AMLS-2002-A-3 ALLEN' / Side B: 'AMLS-2002-B-2'.

The information above would lead me to believe I have a UK issue of some description, though I cannot find any release in the database that matches the above, especially with the outer sleeve noting 'SP 3002' more commonly associated with a US edition. perhaps a late 60s / early 70s reissue? The 'silver label' makes me think this is a slightly later pressing. Does anyone else own an edition with these identifiers?

I've got a weird one. Different label, much lighter than the one shown, the AM isn't in a box, and there's something scratched out above it on both sides.

My copy of Wave is a misprint and I discovered that my side b is actually side a of this record: http://www.discogs.com/Tamba-4-We-And-The-Sea/release/1256979
