Really outstanding performance of these top level players; very well recorded too!
And Op. 25 is a more than fantastic piece of music:
It came to my attention because I found a LP with a transcription for Orchestra by none the less than Arnold Schönberg (http://www.discogs.com/release/4257363), calling this piece Brahms' 5th Symphony.
And rightly so! It is very strong and deeply moving piece of music.
Not to be missed by any Brahmsian..
