Notes

This record was released years before Arika Kimble signed a deal with Stonegroove Recordings (out of London). And still, only a 12" vinyl single was released by the label in 2001.

Arika Kimble was an R&B/pop singer signed with indie label, Out The Hat Records.
"I Thought It Was Over," really serves as an EP for Arika Kimble. It was released in 1997 on Out The Hat Records in conjunction with Off The Hook Management (out of Muskegon, Michigan). It contains 6 tracks:
01. I Thought It Was Over [produced by KC & Michael Starr]
02. I Thought It Was Over [Remix by Michael Starr]
03. I Thought It Was Over [Hip Hop Remix by The Fantasy]
04. The Bomb [produced by KC & The Fantasy]
05. I Thought It Was Over [Radio Mix]
06. All This Love [produced by KC & Michael Starr]
(Track 6 is a cover of the DeBarge song of the same name;
you can hear the track in the mp3 player below in this listing)
INTERESTING NOTES: As you can see from the tracklist, Michael Starr produced some of the tracks and contributed a remix to the EP. For you serious collector's, you may be familiar with Michael Starr's production from the rare classic rap album,
"Big Six 2 Da Board" by Syphur (from Muskegon, Michigan); Michael Starr
was the executive producer and produced some of the tracks for that album.
