When I first heard the CD, I was like this isn't going to be very interesting, but then I was like, I'll give it a try, and when I came to the track "High Above The Clouds" - that track really caught my attention, but melodic and bassline-alike. Really love. But the track that lifted the entire sky was "Awaredance" - I can't really say how much I'd like that track, because, it's literally the most heart-pouding track which came through my speakers. I turned up the bass, and it was even more terrific! The slow buildup was really, really soothing, and yet still pretty amazing! That track is also stuck in my head from time to time! Astronaut Ape was actually more good, then I expected it tois be, so I was actually pretty surprised, and I would really like to hear from this project in the future!

At last a fresh sounding discovery, an memorable album standing out from the surplus of kitsch psybient. Best of it's style after Carbon Based Lifeforms discography and Connect.Ohm's outstanding 9980.

First half of the album wasn't that impressive but not bad either. Typical psybient without characteristic. It was until half way through the Flight 420 really lift of, and rest was accelerating momentum. It was those bass lines and melodies that got me. Bold, bouncy and uplifting. There were some minor turbulence with lead sounds, but in the end this fighter demolished the sky and seriously compromised the faction of boring psybient, advocating the new brighter era for this genre.

when i started to listen this awesome album, i could feel a lot of energy and a lot of emotion in all the tunes.
Astronaut Ape, proved his all talent with this album, the Works before this, was quite awesome too, but with this one, i'll can hear, more production skills and an unique style than put me in a state of trance.
one of the best albums of 2104, Imo.
