Extraordinary Album and a true classic. What stands out for me is the excellent production. Every sound is well balanced and placed. Great sound design and composition. My favorite is 2G. Such a beautiful track.

I have heard this many times over the years so must agree this is one of the best CDs you are ever likely to listen to. many who would not be too bothered to this form of music are soon asking what it is and where they can get more. as the other reviews point out get yourself a copy whatever the cost well worthwhile! smartly packaged as well... probably still available direct from Elektrolux as mine was

A True Classic in the Electronic-Chill, Downtempo genre. If I was going somewhere and only allowed a handful of CDs - this one would be in there. Astronauts should play this while orbiting earth...

Why are there no comments on such an awesome Album?, Listening to "New Frontiers" as I write this and I find myself sitting in my lounge on a lovely sunny day wishing I could be Floating about Planet Earth rocking some of the best dance moves this world has ever seen.

Lovely & Ambient in places (e.g. "Perspectives") but proper dance floor tastic in other parts (e.g. New Frontiers"), a fantastic mixture of both laid back grooves, very Dub like basses and lovely uses of samples.

This isn't just music to sit back and loose yourself in like most Ambient work, its very fat & large in places which to me was a pleasant surprise as I bought this blind on the chance id like it, thinking it would be just Space Ambient (beat-less) work but I was wrong & I'm glad I was, this album has opened up my mind into more dub orientated ambient work & this style is quite Unique.

Buy this on site and you will not be disappointed, stand out tracks are

"New Frontiers" - Very Dance Floor orientated you can't help but move to this, lovely acid lines that sneak in and out from time to time & wicked use of beats.

"Freefloat" - Nice chilled vibe going on here, could easily be sitting back in the sun with a cold one watching the world go by. nice Earthy Sounds that Float around you.

"Soulsearching" - Yet again one of the best tracks on this album, Fantastic groove elements in this tune with a subtle vocal that comes in and out, awesome beats and loops, fits right in the mix for a laid back feeling or giving it some welly on the dance floor.

I don't want to take away the fact that this is not Space Ambient as it is in places, but this is defiantly not like the releases from Artists like "Carbon Based Lifeforms" or "Solar Fields" you will be dancing to this its very hard not to.

Thank you "Aural Float" :-)
