This 12 is probably the last good release BC did. It came after a couple of years where their prior success was helping to mask the conflict within the team. DBridge was already cutting ties with the group, Shot down on Safari being evidence of that, and it had been awhile since we'd seen a return to the dark, heavy, sub driven, fight music the group had become synonymous with at the turn of the century. Here a blatent return to the sounds that made them a force to reckon with, and done in style too. A shame people seem to overlook this one? Especially as they prefer the various remixes. Frankly imo any real head should know Bullet Time is at its most serious as the original not the SPOR remix, which is just a even more suped-up dancefloor version.

Womb is perhaps not as dangerous choicing to work with a more soulful intro rather than the anxiety driven Matrix sample of Bullet. However the drop is still a punisher. Shame this 12 wasn't the beginning of another great chapter.
