Pure indie pop of the highest order.

B.C Camplight brings the absolute best of the Beach Boys and mixes them with some post-2001 Strokes indie credibility.

Is that enough?

Well yes, but how about adding some sweet Concretes style female vocals to the concotion? This is sheer indulgence. Pre-recession oblivion.

Well that was the a-side...

The b-side is so lovely, you cannot help but be bowled over. What's that? You don't even know what B.C. Camplight even SOUNDS like, so why should you investigate? Yes, yes. I know what you mean. Well...

Do you like The Divine Comedy, Belle & Sebastian etc? Yep, you'll like this. It's pop the way it's MEANT to sound.

B.C. Camplight never made it big. Some would be thankful for that.

Genius pop.
