Funkyland is a bangin' chicago house, but dubby bass guitar phrase and clever layering of percussive elements adds unique
vibe. also build up and breakdown is simple but flawless.

great chicago house/nu house crossover.

Acid disco/Acid funk done proper.
Total spaz boogie for drunks and freaks.
Oh La La Tea Party is just mean. It rocks out, it's raw and kicks you down with a wonderful gut rumbling kick. Perfectly unsettling; eargrabbing and an excellent way to power up and darken the corners of a session.
I always thought that if the Hardkiss brothers could do what they really wished to do with their sound. Ooh La La is right on to the money as to what they might sound like.
Funkyland is a straight click track. It's funky. Sure. "Let me take you to funkland." etc. It just doesn't come close to the shock and awe power of Ooh La La.
