The Pandisc label is primarily focused on bass music. And one of its main artists, Neil Case, is a well-known producer, especially under his moniker "Bass Mekanik".

However, him and DJ Billy teamed up to form Bass Trip and they have released 2 albums since then which replaced bass with electro and breakbeat.
The former one, "Beat Planet X", offers the kind of sound heard in video games from the 80's and the 90's. Therefore it's a very thrilling CD.

This album is perfect while playing some goldies such as the "Crash Bandicoot" series, Gran Turismo, WipEout, Super Mario or Worms. "OZone", "Roll The Nitemare", "X-Tasy", "Retro Electro" and "Domination Dub" are my personal top 5.

A nice alternative to DJ Icey, Rom Di Prisco and Bomfunk MC's stuff.
